1辽宁省集装箱运输发展现状1.1能力建设(1)集装箱吞吐能力大幅提升2006年辽宁省沿海港口群货物综合吞吐能力超过2.8亿t,比上年净增近1.2亿t,增长率达70%。其中,集装箱吞吐能力为413万TEU,增长逾1倍,但从全省集装箱运输发展实际与趋势看,能力仍略显紧张。2007年底,能力不足状况得到缓解。其中,营口港集装箱能力增长最大,达139万TEU,同比增长近5倍,占全省增长量的34%。全省泊位状况见表1。
1 Status Quo of Container Transport Development in Liaoning Province 1.1 Capacity Building (1) Significant Improvement of Container Handling Capacity In 2006, the comprehensive throughput capacity of coastal ports and ports in Liaoning Province exceeded 280 million tons, a net increase of nearly 120 million tons or 70% over the previous year. Among them, the container handling capacity of 4.13 million TEU, an increase of more than 1 times, but from the actual development of container transport in the province and trends, the capacity is still slightly nervous. At the end of 2007, the capacity shortage was eased. Among them, Yingkou Port, the largest container capacity growth, reaching 1.39 million TEU, an increase of nearly 5 times, accounting for 34% of the province’s growth. The berth status of the province is shown in Table 1.
