一、引言硫化镉单晶不仅对可见光具有很高的灵敏度,而且对X射线和γ射线也有相当高的灵敏度。我们试制的硫化镉单晶辐射剂量仪具有体积小,仪器结构简单,不需要高压电源,轻便等优点。它适合于测量大剂量率的γ射线和X射线。但是,也存在产品一致性不够好,灵敏度不够高,性能不够稳定等缺点。而且,对于影响其性能的一些因素还未很好掌握,工艺条件远未成熟,已做的工作仅仅是开始。
I. Introduction CdS single crystal not only has high sensitivity to visible light, but also has high sensitivity to X-ray and γ-ray. Our trial of CdS single crystal radiation dosimeter with small size, the instrument structure is simple, does not require high-voltage power, light and so on. It is suitable for measuring high-dose gamma rays and X-rays. However, there are disadvantages such as poor product consistency, insufficient sensitivity, and insufficient performance. Moreover, some of the factors that affect its performance have not been well understood, the process conditions are far from mature, and the work already done is just the beginning.
