Objective To observe intraoperative and postoperative cesarean section bleeding, abdominal adhesions, uterine rupture, bladder injury and postoperative complications of cesarean section, to explore the hazards of multiple cesarean section on pregnant women. Methods 116 cases of three cesarean section (observation group) and 883 cases of secondary cesarean section (control group) were selected. The maternal operation time, intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, abdominal adhesions and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume, bladder injury, uterine rupture, peritoneal adhesions and postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Multiple cesarean sections and postoperative bleeding and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly increased, which seriously jeopardized the life safety of pregnant women and reduced the rate of cesarean section. It is an important issue for current obstetricians.
