目的:分析温郁金水煎剂中石油醚提取物及挥发油的化学组成。方法:参考汤剂临床水煎法,从温郁金药材中提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱法分离并分析鉴定其成分,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:石油醚萃取的挥发油中共分离出24个化学成分,鉴定了22个化学成分。结论:通过对温郁金水煎剂中石油醚提取物及挥发油化学组成的研究,为温郁金药材更好地服务于临床提供一定的科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical composition of petroleum ether extract and volatile oil in Wenyujin decoction. Methods: According to the decoction method of decoction, the essential oil was extracted from Radix Wenyuensis, the constituents were separated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by the normalization of chromatographic peak area. Results: A total of 24 chemical constituents were isolated from the volatile oil extracted from petroleum ether and 22 chemical constituents were identified. Conclusion: The study on the chemical composition of petroleum ether extract and volatile oil in Wenyujin Decoction provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of Wenyujin to better serve the clinic.
