国务院颁发《森林防火条例》是林业建设中的一件大事,四川省人民政府立即转发各地、市、州、县,认真贯彻执行。四川省护林防火指挥部发出了“关于认真宣传、贯彻《森林防火条例》的通知”,重申每年1月1日至5月31日为四川省森林防火期,暂定春节过后一百天为我省重点林区的森林防火戒严期。春节过后,全省主要林区县和林业企业,集中一周到一个月的时间,组织各种宣传力量,利用各种宣传手段,采取多种宣传形式,广泛深入地宣传、贯彻《条例》精神,使大部分干部、群众明确了四项重要规定:第一、在森林防火期内的林区禁止一切野外用火,特殊情况需要进行生产用火和进入林区活动的,
