由于市场经济的确立、国家制度的转型,致使公民对社会、对他人的责任感在不同程度上有所缺失,导致社会上出现了一些不文明现象,再加上学校的教育片面强调升学率,使得从学校走出去的学生不会做人,中学生处在人生观、世界观、价值观的形成阶段,所以,对学生进行责任教育,已成为我国社会转型和全球化发展的必然要求。加强社会责任教育,培养学生为祖国、为人民、为世界尽义务、尽责任是学校的一项义不容辞的历史使命。责任教育始终是学校道德教育的重要课题。
Due to the establishment of a market economy, the transformation of the national system has caused citizens’ lack of sense of responsibility toward the society and others to varying degrees, resulting in some uncivilized phenomena in the society. Coupled with the one-sided emphasis on enrollment rates in schools, Students who go out of school will not be human beings. Middle school students are in the formative stage of outlook on life, world outlook and values. Therefore, the responsibility education for students has become an inevitable requirement for the social transformation and globalization in our country. Strengthening social responsibility education, training students for the motherland, the people, do the duty of the world, to fulfill their duties is an unshirkable historical mission of the school. Responsible education is always an important issue in school moral education.
