新辅助化疗是乳腺癌全身治疗重要的部分,但在如何选择高效的化疗药物、制定个体化治疗方案、预测治疗效果仍需进一步研究.笔者将从新辅助化疗的意义和适应人群、病理完全缓解作为预后指标的标记物、药物和方案的选择、不同分子分型的新辅助化疗4个方面进行综述.
