公安专业的法学教育是我国整体法学教育领域中不可缺少的重要组成部分,承担着为国家公安执法战线输送法律专门人才的任务。但是目前我国公安法学教育整体状况不容乐观,存在着忽视法学教育、教学设置不合理等诸多问题。应从“学会”模式转变为“会学”模式,强化法学实践教学环节的地位,建立以“法律诊所”为主、多种模式并存的公安法学教学模式等方面予以完善。
The law education of public security major is an indispensable and important part in the field of legal education in our country and undertakes the task of transporting law specialists for the national police law enforcement front. However, at present, the overall situation of public security legal education in our country is not optimistic. There are many problems such as ignoring legal education and setting unreasonable teaching. It should be improved from the mode of “learning ” to the mode of “learning by studying”, strengthening the status of legal practice teaching, and establishing the public security jurisprudence teaching mode featuring “legal clinic” and multiple modes coexisting.
