教学工厂是将企业先进的设施设备、真实的企业环境、企业开发项目引入学校,并与学校人才培养过程有效融合,形成学校、实训中心、企业三位一体的交互式综合性人才培养模式。其实施策略是:创设企业化的教学环境,开发生产性的教学项目,实施产教化的教学方式,采用刚性化的教学评价,加强“双师型”教师培养。教学工厂的实施,助推了学校的发展,提升了学生的综合能力,促进了企业的转型升级,拓展了师资培养的途径。
The teaching factory introduces advanced facilities and equipment, real business environment and enterprise development projects into schools and effectively integrates with the school personnel training process to form a three-in-one interactive comprehensive training model for schools, training centers and enterprises. Its implementation strategy is: to create an enterprise teaching environment, to develop productive teaching programs, to implement the teaching of production-oriented approach, the use of rigid teaching evaluation, strengthen “double teacher ” teacher training. The implementation of the teaching factory has boosted the development of the school, enhanced the comprehensive ability of students, promoted the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and expanded the ways of training teachers.
