目的探讨妈富隆治疗青春期功血的临床效果。方法回顾性分析随州市中心医院妇科门诊2007-01-2009-01期间青春期功血患者42例,给予妈富隆口服,视阴道出血量给予患者1～3片/d,血止后每3d减量1次,每次减量不超过原量的1/3至维持量1片/d,用药21d,等待撤药性出血,于撤药性出血第5天开始,口服妈富隆1片/d,连用21d,如此重复3个周期为1个疗程。结果 42例患者治愈42例,无效0例,治愈率达100%。结论妈富隆用于治疗青春期功血方法简便,疗效显著。
