阴囊外伤后,局部疼痛剧烈,皮肤淤血肿胀,体检时病人不甚合作,如稍加疏忽,易仅诊为阴囊血肿而贻误对损伤睾丸的治疗。B超诊断睾丸损伤方法简便,病人无痛苦,影像清晰,确诊率高。现将我院经B超检查28例阴囊外伤的结果报告如下: 28例年龄为18～44岁,检查时间大多为伤后1.5～47小时,最长为6天。使用EUB-25M型和EUB-400型B超机,探头频率为3.5MHz和5.0MHz。图像由35mm像机记录。病人取平卧位,自已把握住阴茎向上紧贴腹壁。检查者托起患者阴囊,作多个切面扫描检查。
Scrotum trauma, severe local pain, skin congestion swelling, the patient does not cooperate when the examination, such as a slight negligence, easily diagnosed with scrotal hematoma and delaying the treatment of injury testis. B ultrasound diagnosis of testicular injury method is simple, the patient painless, clear images, the diagnosis rate. Now in our hospital by B-ultrasound examination of 28 cases of scrotum trauma results reported as follows: 28 cases were aged 18 to 44 years, most of the examination time 1.5 to 47 hours after injury, up to 6 days. Using EUB-25M and EUB-400 B super-machine, the probe frequency of 3.5MHz and 5.0MHz. The image is recorded by a 35mm camera. Patient supine position, hold the penis up to the abdominal wall. The examiner holds up the patient’s scrotum and makes multiple facet scanning examinations.
