测定配位体离解常数,络合物的表现稳定常数的方法很多,主要有电位法和分光光度法。以钛铁试剂为络合剂用光度法测定铁也早有报导。但是对于钛铁试剂的离解常数,铁与钛铁试剂络合物的组成、络合物形成的逐级稳定常数的测定方法和反应的基本条件,则少见报导。本文即用分光光度法对以上几方面进行了试验,找出了既简便又合理的方法和条件,并对此进行了论证。
Determination of ligand dissociation constants, complex performance constant many ways, mainly potentiometry and spectrophotometry. Iron has also been reported for the spectrophotometric determination of ferrotitanium as a complexing agent. However, it is rarely reported that the dissociation constant of the ferrotitanium reagent, the composition of the iron and ferrotitanium reagent complex, the determination method of the step-by-step stability constant of the complex formed, and the basic conditions of the reaction. This article uses spectrophotometry to test the above aspects, to find out the method is simple and reasonable and conditions, and this is demonstrated.
