目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者结肠黏膜中MMP-3和VEGF的表达及其临床意义。方法:收集我院门诊或住院收治的溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者56例,根据Truelove分级分为轻度8例,中度10例,重度14例;内镜分级标准分为I级10例,II级26例,III级20例。另选择结肠镜检查正常者40例作为对照组。采用免疫组化方法检测UC患者结肠黏膜组织和对照组正常结肠黏膜组织中MMP-3和VEGF的表达,分析比较两者在不同病情程度和内镜分级溃疡性结肠炎和正常肠组织中的表达水平的差异。结果:UC患者结肠黏膜组织中MMP-3和VEGF阳性细胞数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);活动期UC患者结肠黏膜组织中,随UC病情加重和内窥镜分级增高,MMP-3和VEGF的表达阳性细胞数均呈逐渐增加趋势,三组差异均有统计学意义。结论:MMP-3和VEGF可能在UC发病机制中起重要作用,并对指导临床评估患者的疾病活动度具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of MMP-3 and VEGF in colonic mucosa of patients with ulcerative colitis and its clinical significance. Methods: Fifty-six patients with ulcerative colitis (UC) admitted to our hospital or hospital were divided into mild 8 cases, moderate 10 cases and severe 14 cases according to Truelove classification. The endoscopic grading standards were divided into 10 cases of grade I , 26 cases of grade II and 20 cases of grade III. Another choice of normal colonoscopy 40 cases as a control group. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP-3 and VEGF in colonic mucosa of UC patients and normal colonic mucosa of UC patients. The expression of MMP-3 and VEGF in colorectal mucosa of UC patients with different pathological grades, endoscopic grade and ulcerative colitis Horizontal difference. Results: The number of MMP-3 and VEGF-positive cells in colonic mucosa of patients with UC was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). In colorectal mucosa of UC patients, with the exacerbation of UC and endoscopic grade, 3 and VEGF expression of positive cells showed a trend of increasing, the three groups were statistically significant differences. Conclusion: MMP-3 and VEGF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of UC and play an important role in guiding the clinical evaluation of disease activity in patients.
