中国共产党党校是在党委的直接领导下,进行党政领导干部培训的学校,同时也是党政的重要部门,是训练党员的主要渠道,还是党的哲学社会的研究机构。党校的目的就是为了培训和教育党政领导干部,增强他们的修养,并提高他们的政治素养以及科学的文化水平。本文对地方党校党政领导干部的培训方式做了简单的分析,以期更好地发挥党校对党政领导干部的培训作用。
Under the direct leadership of the party committee, the Chinese Communist Party School is a school that conducts training for party and government leading cadres. It is also an important department of party and government, a major channel for training party members, and a research institution for the party’s philosophy and society. The purpose of the Party School is to train and educate party and government leading cadres, enhance their accomplishments, and improve their political literacy and scientific literacy. This article makes a simple analysis of the training methods of party and government leading cadres in local party schools, in order to give better play to the party school’s role in training party and government leading cadres.
