职业教育是我国教育体制中的重要组成部分,在近十几年中,国家加大力度支持现代职业教育的发展,职业教育也更多地为人们所注意。但由于职业教育没有升学压力,学生生源参差不齐,影响了学校的日常管理,也对班主任的工作提出了更高的要求。从班主任的职责入手,充分运用各种事例,谈一谈如何从新生开始教育、组织班级到定岗实习、毕业,做好职业院校的学生管理工作。
Vocational education is an important component of China’s education system. In the recent decade, the state has stepped up efforts to support the development of modern vocational education, and vocational education has drawn more attention. However, due to the fact that vocational education does not have the pressure to go to higher education, the students’ births are uneven, affecting the daily management of the school and putting higher demands on the class teacher. Starting from the class teacher’s duties, make full use of a variety of examples, talk about how to start education from new students, organize classes to internships, graduation, vocational school student management.
