本文根据机制砂自密实块片石混凝土施工工艺及工程现场施工条件需求,提出了超流态机制砂自密实混凝土的性能评价方法及性能指标,研究了水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰掺量、胶材总量、聚羧酸减水剂种类和掺量等配合比参数对超流态自密实混凝土性能的影响。配制出初始坍落度(270±20)mm、坍落扩展度大于650mm、倒流扩展度不小于500mm、倒坍落度筒流出时间不大于6s、28d强度大于25MPa的C20超流态机制砂自密实混凝土。
