目的观察原发性甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)患者应用左旋甲状腺素(优甲乐)治疗后血脂、心肌酶谱的变化。方法40例明确诊断的甲状腺功能减退症患者进行甲状腺激素替代治疗,观察治疗前后血脂、心肌酶谱的改变。结果治疗前,TC、LDL-C水平与FT3、FT4、TSH水平显著相关,而TG水平未表现出与甲状腺功能有相关性;心肌酶水平与甲状腺功能显著相关。治疗后,甲状腺功能逐渐恢复正常,TC、LDL-C、心肌酶谱均明显下降。结论原发性甲减患者应用左旋甲状腺素治疗后可显著降低TC、LDL-C及心肌酶谱水平。
Objective To observe the changes of serum lipids and myocardial enzymes in patients with primary hypothyroidism (hypothyroidism) treated with levothyroxine (Euthyrox). Methods 40 cases of hypothyroidism diagnosed hypothyroidism were treated with thyroid hormone replacement therapy, and the changes of serum lipids and myocardial enzymes were observed before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, TC and LDL-C levels were significantly correlated with FT3, FT4 and TSH levels, while TG levels did not show any correlation with thyroid function. The level of myocardial enzymes was significantly correlated with thyroid function. After treatment, thyroid function gradually returned to normal, TC, LDL-C, myocardial enzymes were significantly decreased. Conclusion Primary hypothyroidism patients with levothyroxine treatment can significantly reduce the level of TC, LDL-C and myocardial enzymes.
