目的:观察凉血多炭汤联合泼尼松治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(SHP)的临床效果。方法:抽取2018年7月至2020年3月郑州市第六人民医院收治的73例SHP患儿为研究对象，依随机数字表分为对照组(36例，泼尼松治疗)和观察组(37例，凉血多炭汤联合泼尼松治疗)，均治疗2周。治疗结束，评估并比较两组疗效；于治疗前、治疗2周，检测并比较两组免疫球蛋白水平如免疫球蛋白A(lgA)、免疫球蛋白M(lgM)、免疫球蛋白G(lgG)、检测并比较两组凝血指标如纤维蛋白原(FBG)、D-二聚体(D-Dimer)；记录两组治疗2周内不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组整体治疗效果优于对照组，治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)，治疗2周，观察组lgA、lgM、lgG水平低于对照组，FBG、D-Dimer水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(n P0.05)。n 结论:SHP患儿采用凉血多炭汤联合泼尼松治疗，较单用泼尼松治疗效果好，更利于降低免疫球蛋白水平，患儿治疗后凝血指标改善，未增加不良反应的发生，安全性好。“,”Objective:To observe the clinical effect of liangxue duotan decoction combined with prednisone in the treatment of children with allergic purpura (SHP).Methods:A total of 73 children with SHP treated in Zhengzhou Sixth People’s Hospital from July 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into a control group (36 cases, prednisone treatment) and observation group (37 cases, liangxue duotan decoction combined with prednisone treatment), and both were treated for 2 weeks. After treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and compared; before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment, the levels of immunoglobulin such as immunoglobulin A (lgA), immunoglobulin M (lgM), immunoglobulin G (lgG) of the two groups were detected and compared, the coagulation indexes such as fibrinogen (FBG), D-Dimer (D-Dimer) of the two groups were detected and compared; the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups within 2 weeks of treatment was recorded.Results:The overall treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (n P0.05), after 2 weeks of treatment, the levels of lgA, lgM, and lgG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, while the levels of FBG and D-Dimer were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (n P0.05).n Conclusions:The treatment of children with SHP with liangxue duotan decoction combined with prednisone is more effective than prednisone alone, and it is more conducive to reducing the level of immunoglobulin. After treatment, the coagulation indexes of the children are improved without increasing the occurrence of adverse reactions and has high safety.
