作者在国立土木工程水力结构研究室为建立溢流坝水力设计准则进行了一系列的研究。这里所介绍的一般准则是为了帮助设计人员解决二维的水力学问题。对于解决更复杂的问题,需要考虑三维流动,则需进行简化模型的试验研究。到目前为止,关于W. E. S型溢流堰已有过不少试验研究。作者曾对上游面垂直和坡度为1:3的W. E. S溢流堰进行过分析。这种堰面常用在中,高水头的溢流坝上,其行近流速很小。当溢流坝单宽流量较大,而且坝较矮时,行近流速就会变得很大。此时,采用上游面较缓的堰面曲线则更为恰当。同时也有其结构上的理由而采用。
The author carried out a series of researches on establishing hydraulic design guideline for spillway dam in National Civil Engineering Hydraulic Structure Research Laboratory. The general guidelines presented here are to help designers solve two-dimensional hydraulics problems. For solving more complex problems, we need to consider three-dimensional flow, you need to conduct a simplified model of the experimental study. Up to now, there have been many experimental studies on the weir of W. E. S type. The authors have overexposed the W. E. S weir with a vertical and slope of 1: 3 upstream. This weir is commonly used in medium and high head overflow spillway, the line near the flow rate is small. When the flow rate of a spillway dam is large and the dams are short, the flow velocity near the spillway becomes large. At this point, the use of the upstream surface of the weaker curve is more appropriate. It also has its own structural reasons.
