王家沟流域经过三十多年的治理,坝系川台化已基本形成。流域坝系自成体系,蓄排运用自如,坝地面积逐年增加,粮食产量稳定上升。但是,随着时间的推移,坝系的总库容逐年减少,拦泥作用不断减弱,防洪能力也相应降低,坝系防洪、拦泥与安全生产的矛盾日益突出。如何巩固现有的治理成果,提高坝系的整体防洪能力,已成为该流域今后的一项重要任务。本文运用系统科学思想,采用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法,对流域坝系的防洪能力进行了综合分析,提出了进一步提高防洪能力的途径和措施。
After 30 years of governance, Wangjiagou Basin has basically formed Chuantaihua. The dam system is self-contained and can be used freely. The area of the dam has been increasing year by year, and the grain output has steadily risen. However, with the passage of time, the total capacity of dam systems has been decreasing year by year, the function of blocking mud has been weakened, and the flood control ability has also been correspondingly reduced. The conflicts between dam system flood control, silt trapping and safety production have become increasingly prominent. How to consolidate the existing governance results and improve the overall flood control capacity of the dam system has become an important task for the future. Based on the idea of system science and using the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the flood control abilities of the dam system in the river basin and puts forward the ways and measures to further improve the flood control abilities.
