目的了解福建省某地瓜干协会企业标准的执行情况,为修订标准和监管评价提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取协会辖下3家企业,用现场调查、指标验证和问卷调查展开追踪评价。结果 3家企业基本能按企业标准执行生产;指标验证中部分理化和微生物指标实测值稳定优于标准指标;企业员工对本企业标准的知晓率60.2%,接受标准培训率60.0%。结论调查企业标准执行情况较好,但也存在一些问题,应加强监督,企业标准中部分内容有改进空间;员工的标准知晓率较低,培训待加强。
Objective To understand the implementation of enterprise standards of a local dried sweet potato in Fujian Province and provide reference for revision of standards and supervision evaluation. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to extract three enterprises under the association, followed by field survey, index verification and questionnaire survey. Results The three enterprises were able to carry out the production according to the enterprise standards. The physical, chemical and microbiological indicators measured in the indicator validation were better than the standard indicators. The employees’ awareness rate of this corporate standard was 60.2% and the standard training rate was 60.0%. Conclusion The implementation of enterprise standard survey is good, but there are some problems that should be strengthened supervision, part of the enterprise standards have room for improvement; standard awareness of staff is low, training to be strengthened.
