魏玉秀,今年84岁,在周围人的眼里他是一位极为普通的山西平定县离休干部,当年更多的人只知道他是从北京转业来的军人。为保守组织上的交待和信守那份承诺,老人一直都没有给人讲过自己的经历。后来,因为一份中央警卫局的通知,人们才得知他曾在周总理身边当过8年的卫士。我们带着几分神秘和遐想,来到了位于山西平定县城的一处极为简陋的民居,见到了满头银发,精神矍铄,生活拮据的独居老人魏玉秀,打开了那段尘封的往事。
Wei Yuxiu, 84, is a very ordinary retired cadre from Pingding County, Shanxi Province, in the eyes of the people around him. More people in that year only knew that he was a soldier who was transferred from Beijing. For the conservative organizations to confessed and keep its promise, the elderly have never been to tell their own experiences. Later, as a result of a notice from the Central Guard, people learned that he had been an 8-year guarantor with Premier Zhou.
