1985年8月至9月间,随河北省经贸厅一行,对美国核桃生产、销售及流通渠道进行了考察,现就美国核桃生产情况,简介如下。 一、美国核桃生产概况 美国核桃按农业区划,主要栽培在加利福尼亚州和俄勒岡州,其中加州的核桃约占全国90％左右。加州气候炎热少雨,地处温带和亚热带,年平均降雨量只有80-180毫米。南部沙漠区年降雨量只有76毫米;西南沿海地区也不过250-500毫米。年平均气温16-17℃;土质较差,平原系沙漠改造的细沙土,透气性强,保水、保肥能力差,PH值7-8碱性土,核桃主要在平原栽培。
