“十三五”期间,围绕上海“五个中心”建设目标,上海港不断加大改革创新力度、增强智慧管理水平,为基本建成世界公认的国际航运中心作出了贡献.rn1 “四个港口”建设取得新的业绩rn1.1 智慧港口rn1.1.1 集卡预约平台rn2016年,上海港建成“e卡纵横”集卡预约平台.该平台以客户需求、提高码头服务质量为导向,对接货主、司机、码头,利用大数据分析技术优化码头箱区管理流程、合理调配港口资源,集卡进提箱效率、预约兑现率、港区管理水平都得到大幅提高.该平台实现装箱点、堆场、码头和车队的统一调度,实现集卡进提箱

分别采用液滴形态分析仪(DSA)和旋转剪切流变仪(DSR),针对不同作用温度、作用时间施加下的再生剂-废旧沥青界面铺展润湿行为和界面扩散融合特征进行量化评价,并建立二者性能演化的相关方程.结果 表明:随作用温度逐步升高,再生剂-废旧沥青界面作用形式呈浸湿状态并趋向铺展,界面接触角δ逐级递减;自由能Wb先增后降,峰值点对应的温度范围在55~65℃区间;润湿速度V和融合速率DS呈线性函数增长,融合程度DOB呈抛物线增长并最终趋于稳定;短期老化废旧沥青Wb值和V值分别是长期老化废旧沥青的1.0~1.6倍和1.0
