由长春发电没备总厂研制的DQ2400/3000·35斗轮堆取料机在沙岭子电厂通过国家级技术鉴定。该机是我国“七五”期间重大技术装备科技攻关项目,整机重630吨,每小时堆料出力为3000吨,取料出力为2400吨,回转半径为35米。此项成果结束了我国不能生产大型斗轮机的历史。该机采用了九项国际先进技术,攻克了18项主要工艺技术难关,加强了工序过程
The DQ2400/3000•35 bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer developed by Changchun Power Generation No Plant has passed national technical appraisal at Shalingzi Power Plant. This machine is a major technology and equipment science and technology research project during the “7th Five-Year Plan” period in China. The whole machine weighs 630 tons, with an output of 3,000 tons per hour, a reclaimer output of 2,400 tons and a gyration radius of 35 meters. This result ended the history that China could not produce a large-scale bucket wheel machine. The machine adopts nine international advanced technologies, overcomes 18 major technical difficulties and strengthens the process
