农村财务问题涉及广大农民的切身利益,关系农村的发展和社会的稳定,是广大农民群众关注的热点、焦点。农村财务管理工作规范化,是解决农村财务问题的主要途径,本文在对开化县农村财务管理的现状和存在问题进行分析的基础上,提出了具体详细的规范化建设措施和意见。
The financial problems of rural areas involve the vital interests of the vast majority of peasants and the development of rural areas and the stability of the society are the hot spots and the focuses of the peasant masses. The standardization of rural financial management is the main way to solve rural financial problems. Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of rural financial management in Kaihua County, this paper puts forward specific and detailed standardized construction measures and opinions.
