在 PH5醋酸盐缓冲溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)与间氯偶氮安替比林(AAS)发生灵敏显色反应,生成蓝色配合物。本文应用β修正光度分析原理研究用此显色反应双波长测定铜配合物的配位比,真实摩尔吸光系数和不稳定常数,并利用修正不等式证明了普通光度法对此反应测定微量铜的可行性。结果表明,铜浓度0—0.80毫克/升范围内,符合朗白—比尔定律。铜检测限0.02毫克/升,方法用于废水中铜的测定,加标回收率94.0%—110%,相对标准偏差 RSD 在4.5%以下。
In PH5 acetate buffer solution, copper (Ⅱ) and meta-chloroantipyrine (AAS) sensitive color reaction occurred, resulting in a blue complex. In this paper, the principle of β-correction photometric analysis was used to study the coordination number, the real molar extinction coefficient and the unstable constant of the copper complex by the dual wavelength determination of this color reaction. The correction inequality proved that the conventional photometric method is feasible for the determination of trace copper Sex. The results show that the copper concentration 0-0.80 mg / l range, in line with the Lambert-Beer law. The detection limit of copper was 0.02 mg / l. The method was applied to the determination of copper in wastewater with the recovery of 94.0% -110% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) below 4.5%.
