数年来，电一光学工业界已经知道衍射光学技术可能解决复杂而困难的光学问题。衍射光学元件通常比它们的折射型对应元件小而轻，在许多情况下可具有传统折射型元件无法具有的功能。为什么衍射光学元件在商业应用方面已经疲软？也没有实现工业界所经常鼓吹的那些“充分获益”呢?
For years, the electro-optics industry has known that diffractive optics can solve complex and difficult optical problems. Diffractive optical elements are generally smaller and lighter than their refracting counterparts and in many cases can have functions that conventional refracting elements can not have. Why diffractive optical elements have been weak in commercial applications? Did not realize those industries often advocated those “full benefit” it?
