探讨Y染色体在葡萄胎中的出现率及其遗传学意义。方法:采用3对引物对大体病理完全性和部分性葡萄胎共41例标本扩增Y染色体长臂、短臂和着丝粒区特异DNA序列。结果:28例完全性葡萄胎中Y阳性者6例(6/28),13例部分性葡萄胎中Y染色体阳性者4例(4/13),统计学检验两类葡萄胎间Y染色体出现率差异无显著性。结论:Y染色体在病理学完全性和部分性葡萄胎中的出现率差异无统计学意义,提示葡萄胎的遗传学类型与病理分类可能并不存在完全的对应关系。
To investigate the incidence of Y chromosome in hydatidiform mole and its genetic significance. Methods: Three pairs of primers were used to amplify the specific DNA sequences of the long arm, short arm and centromere region of Y chromosome in 41 cases of grossly pathologically complete and partial mole. Results: Among the 28 cases of complete hydatidiform mole, 6 cases (6/28) were positive for Y, 4 cases (13 cases) had positive Y chromosome in 13 cases of partial hydatidiform mole. The Y chromosome was found between the two types of hydatidiform mole Rate difference was not significant. Conclusion: There was no significant difference in the incidence of Y chromosome between pathologically complete and partial hydatidiform moles, suggesting that there may not be a complete correspondence between the genetic types of hydatidiform moles and pathological classification.
