Some researchers believe that the error of blood pressure measurement in different environments up to 40mmHg. In order to objectively reflect the impact of different environmental conditions on blood pressure, the authors designed this study. The authors selected nine patients with essential hypertension who had no target organ damage from 22 to 62 years of age who were untreated for at least 3 months prior to the test. Rest first in the clinic for 5 minutes, and then use the traditional cuff mercury sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure. In the afternoon, the patients were randomized at home or spent the next day in the hospital. The third day came to hospital to place the artery
