选择符合冠脉造影指征并Allen‘s试验阳性患者50例,以右桡动脉途径冠脉造影,对符合介入指征者行介入治疗。结果造影成功47例,成功率94%,失败3例,其中1例为穿刺不成功(桡动脉痉挛),1例桡动脉斑块狭窄导管无法通行,1例因先天性动脉迂曲造影管打折无法通行后改股动脉途径。造影成功者中对30例患者行介入治疗,经桡动脉途径均成功置入支架35枚,成功率100%。造影及介入治疗不成功者改股动脉途径均获成功。术后未发生手臂肿胀,未出现伤口局部水泡,无桡动脉闭塞,出血,血肿,夹层等发生。结论经桡动脉行冠脉介入治疗安全可行,创伤小,并发症小,病人易于接受,值得推广。

Conclusion Percutaneous transradial coronary intervention is safe and feasible, with less trauma, less complications and easier for patients to accept. It is worth to be popularized.
