腐蚀预应力混凝土梁刚度的分析和计算

预应力筋腐蚀会引起混凝土梁刚度的退化,从而影响结构的正常使用性能。针对这一问题,设计制作了预应力混凝土梁,通过电化学快速方法得到了不同的预应力筋的腐蚀水平,进而对其腐蚀后的抗弯刚度进行了试验研究,在此基础上建立了腐蚀预应力混凝土梁短期刚度计算模型,并通过与试验结果的对比对模型进行验证。结果表明:随着荷载的增加,腐蚀预应力混凝土梁的刚度变化明显地分为两个阶段:开裂前,各试验梁的刚度基本一致,预应力筋腐蚀对刚度影响很小;开裂后,预应力筋腐蚀导致混凝土梁抗弯刚度显著下降。腐蚀预应力混凝土梁的弯矩-曲率曲线基本满足双折线变化的规律。 Corrosion of prestressed tendons will cause the stiffness of concrete beams to degrade, thus affecting the normal performance of the structure. In order to solve this problem, prestressed concrete beams are designed and manufactured. The corrosion rates of different prestressing tendons are obtained by electrochemical rapid method. Then the corrosion resistance of the prestressed concrete beams is tested and studied. The results show that with the increase of load, the change of the stiffness of corroded prestressed concrete beams is obviously divided into two stages: the stiffness of each test beam is basically the same before cracking, and the corrosion of prestressed tendons has little effect on the stiffness; Corrosion of the tendons causes a significant decrease in the flexural rigidity of the concrete beam. Corrosion of prestressed concrete beams bending moment - curvature curve basically meet the changing law of the double break line.
