多元智能理论最早由美国哈佛大学霍华德·加德纳教授提出,他的多元智能理论体系认为,任何一个孩子都是一个潜在的天才,只是在日常的表现方面存在着一定的差异性,这套理论对于幼儿教育的启示可谓是极为深远,在幼儿教育阶段对于孩子智能要素的开发和培养非常符合我国现阶段素质教育的教育理念,结合多年的幼儿教育实践经验,重点谈一谈多元智能理论对于幼儿教育的启示。
