根据国家人事部、财政部《关于印发事业单位工作人员收入分配制度改革方案的通知》(国人部发[2006]56号)和《关于印发〈事业单位工作人员收入分配制度改革实施办法〉的通知》(国人部发[2006]59号)精神,结合我省实际情况,制定本实施意见。一、实施范围经省、市、县机构编制部门批准的各类事业单位中2006年7月1日在册正式工作人员。
