目的了解湛江市城区口腔医疗机构消毒工作的质量,探讨口腔诊所消毒灭菌工作中存在的问题及改进措施。方法按照卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》要求于2005-2007年对市区61家口腔医疗机构进行消毒质量监测。结果共检测样本659份,合格486份,总合格率为73.7%,压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率最高为100.0%,室内空气监测合格率最低为29.6%。结论湛江市城区口腔医疗机构消毒质量不容乐观;加强对口腔医疗机构消毒工作的管理,提高室内空气消毒质量是今后工作的重点。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in oral medical institutions in Zhanjiang City and discuss the problems and improvement measures in the disinfection and sterilization of oral clinics. Methods The disinfection quality monitoring was carried out in 61 oral medical institutions in urban areas in 2005-2007 in accordance with the requirements of “Disinfection Technical Code” and “Sterilization Standard of Hospital” issued by Ministry of Public Health. Results A total of 659 samples were tested, 486 were qualified, the total pass rate was 73.7%, the highest rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 100.0%, the lowest rate of indoor air monitoring was 29.6%. Conclusion The quality of disinfection of oral medical institutions in Zhanjiang City is not optimistic; strengthening the management of disinfection work in oral medical institutions and improving the quality of indoor air disinfection are the focuses of future work.
