通知:各专署、各市、县、镇人民政府,省直各机关根据中央人民政府财政部「关于一九五四年文教社会事业费归口的几项规定」第二条(3)项和(4)项的精神,结合我省具体情况,除一九五三年批准的县级干部子女公费生继续由教育经费报销外(只限于一九五四年度,一九五五年另有通知),为照顾干部子女在小学、中学求学的困难,经研究决定一九五四年年底前特由省行政经费内解决包干制十六级以上干部小学公费生三百名(中学生名额不作控制)。此项公费生名额之运用,由省、专、市具体掌握,采取集中控制、具体批准,不向县区分配,此名额用完后即不再增加。兹决定给你分配小学公费生名。
