为了改变基层建档工作的落后局面,金山县档案局于七月十七日在新农乡召开了基层建档工作现场会。全县各乡、镇、局、部、委、办分管档案工作的领导、办公室主任、档案干部和准备搞点的基层单位有关人员共二百三十九人出席了会议。市档案局、市农村党委办公室、县委、县政府等有关领导出席了会议。会上,新农乡办公室主任汇报了三个村、三个企业单位和三个县、乡双管单位建立档案工作的情况。这九个试点单位经过五十来天的工作,都把本单位一九八六年以前的各种材料收集整理、装订成册并编号装箱,建立了初具规模的综合性档案室,其中大部份的档案室做到了“七个有”:有分管领
