周子学说被公认为宋明理论的启蒙思想,他本人也被尊立为程朱理学的开山鼻祖,对儒学的发展起到核心促进作用。虽流世著作不多,但影响深远。其中《通书》理论对蒙童教育有着很多启发性的引导,也成为封建儒学教育的核心内容。
