湘东钨矿多年来由于资源枯竭,离退休人员增多,社会包袱沉重,长期处于亏损状态。为了减轻压力,该矿一直努力进行人员分流工作,近几年调出200多人,但到今年仍有正式职工1670人。按矿山年产200吨钨精矿、500吨仲钨酸铵的生产水平,只能养活1000人左右。为了加快人员分流速度,矿领导确定了“关紧入口,放松出口”的原则,面向社会制定了人员分流的新办法,今年又分流了200多人。这些具体办法是:
