在后金融危机时代,如何针对更加激烈的市场竞争和更加苛刻的市场环境,构建一套能够控制成本、降低风险、有效提升企业经营管理质量和管理效率的管理体系,并以体系转型支撑企业管理的变革发展,已成为管理体系必须解决的课题。本文借助A公司的探索和实践,提出在管理体系的转型过程中,借助标准流程的梳理、风险的识别,构建企业管理的基准,并在此基础上形成规范化、标准化的集中管控模式,从而达到抵御风险、控制成本、有效提升企业经营管理质量和管理效率的目的。该模式已在A公司得到广泛应用和推广。
