近日,甘肃省兰州市城乡规划局召开2011年乡镇规划工作会议,分解落实乡镇规划目标责任、督促检查乡镇规划的编制进度。会上,兰州市城乡规划局相关负责人分别同各县区主管规划的县区长签订了2011年乡镇规划管理工作目标责任书。根据会议部署,今年兰州市乡镇规划重点要做好3个方面的工作。一是要确保目标全面完成。二是要加大编制资金投入。编制村镇规划要立足当前,注重长远,着眼全局,把握趋势,把全面建设
