【本刊辑】据检察日报2015年7月1日报道,为进一步加强饲料行业管理,确保饲料和动物性食品质量安全,2011年11月,国务院修订发布了《饲料和饲料添加剂管理条例》,为配合这一条例实施,日前农业部公布《饲料质量安全管理规范》(下称《规范》),自2015年7月1日起施行。作为一项新设制度,《规范》按照企业生产流程将其中与产品质量安全相关的内容,专章对“原料采购与管理”“生产过程控制”“产品质量控制”“产品贮存与运输”“产品投诉与召回”“培训、卫生和记录管理”等进行规定。
