右肾开放性手术中右肾外动脉的处理方法较多,从不同入路暴露右肾外动脉的方法也多种多样。通过右肾周组织器官与肾脏的毗邻关系;右肾外动脉的发出部位、长度、分支及与右肾静脉之间的位置关系;右肾外动脉与其他相关脏器的解剖关系可以看出,后方入路暴露右肾外动脉并结扎阻断之是较为安全的一种手术方法,但须在手术过程中注意右肾动脉及其毗邻器官的变异情况。
