如果说20年前,只有很少部分国家有能源危机意识的话,那么现在节能减排已经成为全世界各国的共识。统计数字表明,电力生产过程中排放的二氧化碳量大约占到了全部二氧化碳排放量的40%,并呈逐年上升的趋势。因此,如果能有效控制电力需求的话,减少全球变暖和促进环境保护的工作就能取得重大进展。
If 20 years ago, only a few countries had the energy crisis awareness, energy conservation and emission reduction have now become the consensus of all countries in the world. Statistics show that the amount of carbon dioxide emitted during electricity production accounts for about 40% of the total carbon dioxide emissions and shows a year-by-year upward trend. Therefore, significant progress can be made if efforts to reduce global warming and promote environmental protection can be effectively controlled.
