目的探讨卟啉对卷烟主流烟气中3,4-苯并[a]芘的截留作用及其作用机制。方法在卷烟滤嘴中分别加入2.0、4.0、8.0μg/支卟啉,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定主流烟气中3,4-苯并[a]芘的含量,采用荧光猝灭法测定卟啉与3,4-苯并[a]芘的相互作用。结果卷烟主流烟气中的3,4-苯并[a]芘含量随着卟啉加入量的增加而降低,最高降低率可达33.10%。卟啉与3,4-苯并[a]芘发生了相互作用、得出了线性关系良好的猝灭方程及基本处于105数量级的结合系数。结论卟啉对卷烟主流烟气中的3,4-苯并[a]芘有明显的截留效果。
Objective To investigate the retention of 3,4-benzo [a] pyrene in mainstream cigarette smoke by porphyrin and its mechanism. Methods The content of 3,4-benzo [a] pyrene in the mainstream smoke was determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with the addition of 2.0, 4.0 and 8.0 μg / branch porphyrin to the cigarette filter. Fluorescence quenching was used to determine the content of 3,4- Interaction of Porphyrin with 3,4-Benzo [a] pyrene. Results The content of 3,4-benzo [a] pyrene in mainstream cigarette smoke decreased with the increase of the amount of porphyrin, the highest reduction rate reached 33.10%. Porphyrin interacted with 3,4-benzo [a] pyrene, and the quenching equation with good linearity and the binding coefficient at 105 orders of magnitude were obtained. Conclusion Porphyrin has obvious interception effect on 3,4-benzo [a] pyrene in mainstream cigarette smoke.
