治疗方药:大青叶、公英、芦根各12克,黄芩、柴胡、二花、丹皮各10克。将上药加水500毫升,煎取300毫升,成人每次服100毫升,2～5岁服30毫升,5～10岁每服50毫升,10～14岁每服70毫升,均每日3次。青黛粉15克,用鸡蛋清调均成糊状,外敷肿胀的腮部,勿需包扎,每日多次。治疗结果:除1例高龄男性,伴有腮部脓肿、溃烂,加用青链霉素治疗外,余者153例,全部治愈,服药最少2剂,最多6剂。病案举例:王某,男,7岁。1983年3月16日初诊。其母代述:该患儿近2天精神欠佳,纳食减少,昨夜发热,今晨左侧面部肿胀,疼痛,望其面色潮红,左耳下腮部呈游慢性肿胀,压痛,舌质鲜红苔薄
