目的:研究健康教育对糖尿病的防治和糖尿病并发症的效果观察。方法:选取在我院接受治疗的糖尿病患者180名,随机分为实验组和对照组,其中给对照组患者用一般的治疗与护理方法,给实验组的患者在采用一般治疗与护理的基础上再采取合理的健康教育,六个月后观察两组患者在使用不同方式治疗后的效果和并发症的发生情况。结果:两组患者经过不同方法的治疗,六个月后我们可发现实验组患者被治疗的总有效率(84.44%)明显高于对照组患者(44.44%),统计学有意义(p<0.05),并且对照组患者并发症的发生率明显高于实验组统计学有意义(p<0.05)。结论:对糖尿病患者进行健康教育可以有效地提高治疗的效果和减少并发症的发生,疗效明显,值得在临床上推广。
Objective: To study the effect of health education on the prevention and treatment of diabetes and diabetic complications. Methods: One hundred and eighty diabetic patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.
