多巴胺受体广泛分布于大脑的各个区域，目前对多巴胺受体的研究已成为热点。多巴胺受体与多种中枢神经系统疾病有密切的关系，但其在中枢神经系统疾病中发挥的作用以及确切的机制至今尚未研究透彻。对新出现的一种磷脂酰肌醇连接的D1样受体以及经典的多巴胺受体进行深入的研究可能会为中枢神经系统疾病的治疗做出一定的贡献。“,”The dopamine receptors are widely distributed in various regions of the brain , which has become a hot research spot.There is a close relationship between dopamine receptors and a variety of central nervous system diseases.However,the exact mechanism has not yet been well studied.The study of a novel phosphatidylinositol connected to D1-like receptor and the in-depth study of classical dopamine receptor will probably make some contributions to the treatment of the central nervous system diseases.
