目的探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者血清胱抑素C(CysC)和金属蛋白酶-2的变化及意义。方法通过测定75例PIH患者和30例健康妊娠孕妇CysC、MMP-2的水平,分析其与PIH的关系。结果 PIH患者CysC、MMP-2水平均显著高于健康妊娠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且随着病情的加重而显著增高。结论 CysC、MMP-2与PIH的发生、发展密切相关,其水平的升高与该病严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum cystatin C (CysC) and metalloproteinase-2 in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods The levels of CysC and MMP-2 in 75 cases of PIH and 30 healthy pregnant women were determined, and their relationship with PIH was analyzed. Results The levels of CysC and MMP-2 in patients with PIH were significantly higher than those in healthy pregnancy (P <0.01), and were significantly increased with the progression of PIH. Conclusions CysC and MMP-2 are closely related to the occurrence and development of PIH, and their levels are related to the severity of PIH.
