单弹簧管式压力表常见故障及调修方法如下:一、受压后压力表指针不起或特低1.压力表管路或连接管路被阻塞。先用一根钢丝插入各管路内扭几下往外拉,用汽油清洗干净。如不成,则证明阻塞物已进入弹簧管内,需将管子焊接口化开,把堵塞物取出重新焊接。2.弹簧管焊接处漏油或弹簧管漏油。把机芯拆下,将漏油处锉光,然后用焊锡把漏处焊牢。弹簧管漏油应更换。3.与传动有关的螺丝或连接零件松落,不能起到传动作用。
